Marathon Flats currently is not accepting Section 8 housing choice vouchers. The rent at Marathon Flats is affordably priced and aligns with the rent of other senior apartments in the Fox Valley, Wisconsin.
Marathon Flats offers a full range of amenities for senior tenants as part of its 30-unit Phase I housing development in 2023. Another 30 senior apartments are scheduled for Phase 2 in 2024. Marathon Flats’ vision for future amenities include a craft room, family meeting room, business center, woodworking shop, and salon.
